Be specific, do you want to develop the strength for a sport, build a toned body, or train to be a fighter? You will need the correct type of strength. You need different types of strength for each. Check out our Rep Intel Matrix.
Now, check out the StratFit Science: DISCIPLINE — MOTIVATION
Motivation is elusive. We have control over the system we follow, and our discipline to follow it. These two combined will lower the motivational threshold. System and discipline can produce results even on the days when motivation isn’t there at all. You can apply this to any area of your life. Even if you have no current goals for which to make a system, get disciplined. Goals can grow out of disciplined life. Seeds grow from fertile soil. Discipline is your foundation for literally all accomplishment.
