Motivation is a fleeting state of mind if it is based out of a disciplined outlook. When you are trying to get ripped, motivation can be difficult at the start, when your body hasn’t got any metabolic momentum yet and it seems like nothing is happening. This is where discipline to both lift hard and eat right come into play.
Once the fat starts to melt off and your real body starts to reveal itself the discipline you have will start to directly produce motivation. After that,the sky is the limit.
