To Become Baahubali, you need to focus most of your gym effort and energy on the main strength building lifts:

i) Standing Press
ii) Bench Press
iii) Squat
iv) Deadlift

These are the exercises which will give the tools to be a great warrior like Baahubali. These are the most efficient exercises for developing force and power. The two most important elements in battle.

Assistance exercises are only in the program to assist the big lifts. Focus 80% of your mental energy on the main lifts and give your best performance on them. Week by week you will know you are becoming a warrior.
