You’re lifting heavy. Heavy lifting is a very intense activity. The more intense your activity, the more quality your rest needs to be. You need to get at least 7.5 hours of sleep per night and preferably get to bed by 11PM.
Waking up at or shortly after sunrise is most natural with the the 24 hour, circadian rhythm of our body. Optimizing rest in this way will have huge effects over time on in-gym performance.
