Strategy — Building To Your Crescendo


The last week of the Becoming Baahubali program calls for all your marbles. The Standing Press, Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift will all be down with 95% of your initial maximum. You’re going to do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) with the heaviest weight of the cycle. Whoever has the greatest change (strength increase) on all four lifts combined from the start of this program is the winner.

It is all on the line the last week, but it is going to be the work put in the 3 preceding weeks which determines the strength you bring to table the final week. The program has you hitting 80, 85, and 90% on all the lifts before the last week’s 95. It is the work you put in on these lifts especially which will determine how much of a warrior you will be under the bar in the last week.

Remember every Rep of this program is important. You’re training like a warrior and well on your way to Becoming Baahubali.
