Strength training is an exact science and till now personal trainers have had to work with spreadsheets for each individual.

They have to pay personalized attention during training cycles and transitions.This is expensive. Developing a platform to do this is very complex and needs a combination of training science and technology. However, the best solutions for individuals will require a technology to augment the gyms.

Random stimulus doesn’t improve anything over a long period of time, at least not in a predictable and controllable way. On the flip side, the same exact stimulus over time also fails to illicit continual adaptations. Intelligent training requires systematic prescription of the training variables over time to drive the desired adaptations which help you to achieve your goals. Control of the weight, sets, and reps over weeks, months, and even years is the driver of fitness improvement.


Almost everyone you see in the gym has no clue what he or she is doing from the moment they walk in till they walk out. If you watch the average gym-goer it will appear that they are just blindly stumbling around and when they happen to bump into a machine or the dumbbell rack, they grab the first handles they see and start doing some strange movements which they think are exercises. The worst part is, those working with the average trainer aren’t much better off.  Even those who use correct form usually lack the workout structuring which would make their training optimal. You need a plan; everyone needs a plan. If you are a trainer or coach, your athletes or clients need plans. It is a must; you are scamming if you’re not planning. Your workout plan must be designed based on the science of your body and mind.

The most basic elements of training are the Means and the Methods you will apply to those Means. These elements will make up your training session and if you do multiple sessions per day, this constitutes the Training Day. Means and Methods cannot be thrown together haphazardly. To achieve the proficiency in the different types of skills and strengths required for success in your sport or endeavor, you must order your Workouts and Training Days in a manner that is proven scientifically to be optimal.
